Branch Head

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls all the activities of the Branch in order to achieve the overall established objectives and targets.
* Manages growth, profitability, retention and expansion of client base in order to achieve volume and sales objectives.
* Oversees all transactions on accounts, loans, and other matters relating to branch operations.
* Ensures compliance to bank policies and procedures as well as to policies of other regulatory bodies.

REQUIREMENTS:

* At least a graduate of any 4 year business course from a top university.
* Minimum of 5 years marketing experience and solid background in assets and liabilities.
* Knowledgeable in branch operations.
* Has excellent communication skills.
* Has strong leadership skills.

Branch Cashier

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Branch Cashier heads the branch operations – tellering, new accounts, clearing, and branch accounting.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of working experience in Banking / Branch Operations encompassing, tellering, new accounts, and branch accounting
* With good people management skills
* With unquestionable integrity
* Able to start by September 2009

Customer Sales Assistant (Teller)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Customer Sales Assistant contributes in the general profitability of the Bank by handling tellering/new accounts transactions efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
* Work experience in Banking / Branch Operations (tellering or new accounts) is an advantage
* With good customer service skills
* With unquestionable integrity
* Able to start by September 2009
