1. MALL MANAGER
2. ASST. MALL MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for ensuring profitable Mall operations in accordance with Management’s directives and income expectations. The incumbent shall implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall by creating strategies in order to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services. He/She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objectives of maximizing shareholders’ return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of any 4-year Business or Engineering course preferably with Masteral units/degree; Preference will be given to those with managerial experience in the fields of Property Management, Building Administration, Marketing and Sales
• Possesses excellent Leadership and entrepreneurial qualities, negotiation and strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making, excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• At least 5 years of work experience in related fields is required for this position.

3. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HR Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and controlling human resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among the management and its employees within the mall and the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinance, and the Labor Laws or Code.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have excellent skills in handling people and supervising them to accomplish specific HR tasks; Knowledgeable with various recruitment avenues, sources and network, compensation and benefits processes or employee relations related work; Excellent presentation skills, knowledge on generally all human resource management facets and can effectively communicate these across the organization; Must be analytical and possess qualities of a critical thinker; Must have a high level of inter-personal skills.

A strong background in monitoring and controlling, particularly those on the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures; As a specific area in HR may be assigned, actual experiences that indicate competencies related to the specific body of knowledge is required; Knowledge and practice of relevant provisions of the Labor Laws and Code shall be required.

• Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related management course with at least three (3) years managerial experience in all areas of personnel administration or human resource management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

5. FOOD COURT SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Foodcourt Supervisor shall be responsible in ensuring efficient day-today operations of the business, including tenant compliance with foodcourt policies, marketing activities; merchandise inventory, facility/equipment repairs and preventive maintenance and preparation of various reports to the Foodcourt Manager. of the business, including tenant compliance with Foodcourt policies; marketing activities; merchandise inventory, facility/ equipment repairs and preemptive maintenance, and preparation of various reports to the Foodcourt Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Male, not over 29 years old;
* With experience in food chain industry;

6. ACCOUNTING OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Gathers project data, costing and pricing
• Monitors budget and actual cost accumulation
• Reports on project profitability and reviews initial project study
• Prepares monthly Income Statement and Cash Flow per project
• Prepares year to date profitability analysis of project as against the original target

REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for processing accounting transactions and preparation of accounting reports on sales, financial statements, budget variance and other reports pertaining to the operations of the mall. The individual is responsible for assisting the Accounting Officer in the performance of functions relative to sales audit, voucher preparation, inventory and general accounting.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree – Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• CPA License is not required but is an advantage.
• Experience on General / Cost Accounting / Financial Accounting or Basic Accounting / Bookkeeping
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

8. PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

9. TENANT RELATIONS OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for the proper implementation of the Company’s existing guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that works completed are within specified plans and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional License holder in the related fields is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specializing in Construction and Real Estate development.

10. CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICES (SECURITY) MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Customer Relations Services (Security) Manager is responsible for the planning, promulgation and implementation of the over-all security program of the Company.

1. SECURITY

Ensures maximum protection of life and property of the following against potential threats and hazards:
• company VIPs
• officers and employees
• customers
• tenants and guests

2. SAFETY
Conducts periodic inspection of company assets / properties and identifies potential threats and hazards to the same: submits vulnerability survey report with corresponding recommendations to superiors.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE

• Ensures adequate and proper detail of security force (CRS and security guards) at all times.
• Conducts investigation / inspection or reviews reports submitted by subordinates relative to any breach in security.
• Plans and oversees the orientation, training and retraining of CRS supervisors, CRS representatives and security guards; updates and/or reminds subordinates on new / existing policies, procedures, guidelines and practices relative to security and safety.
• Briefs new employees of the company and those of the consignors / concessionaire on the company’s policies.

11. CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICES (SECURITY) SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the security and safety functions in the respective area of assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Male/ female, at least 5’5 1/2 (male) or 5’2 (female) in height
• Graduate of BS Criminology or any four-year business course
• With at least one (1) year experience in handling security services and personnel
• With basic knowledge in crisis management and human behavior

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Oversee all tasks/ duties and responsibilities assigned to Visual Display Department
a) Attend to all projects concerning mall display such as monthly themes of marketing (and other departments as well) and signages.
b) Prepare all paperworks of the department including the following:
1.) Daily Production Report
2.) Project Costing
3.) Photo and document filings
4.) Receiving of job orders
c) Supervise installation of signages and displays
d) Supervise dismantling of mall signages and displays
e) Attend to all meeting with regards to project implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SM City Davao.
• Preferably Supervisor / Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

13. PROPSMAN

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Props man is responsible in assisting the production, installation and dismantling of mall displays. The individual is responsible in preparing the mall hang signs and patterns through styro cutting and painting; handling maintenance and repair of Visual Display Department materials.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

14. LEASING SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Leasing Supervisor assists the Leasing Manager in improving and maximizing the tenant occupancy of the mall by managing all tenant contracts whether for awarding and/or renewal. The individual generates Lease reports such as but not limited to Sales Performance Report, Comparative Analysis Report and Accounts Update Report on a regular basis for proper monitoring and reportorial compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration / Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee in Marketing and Sales Administration.
• Possess strong inter-personal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written.

15. BUILDING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Building Administration Officer is responsible in the supervision of maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with Company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree with a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in either Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience in Building and Facilities Management, Engineering Maintenance Services
• Preferably at Supervisor Level with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

16. MALL SECRETARY

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Mall Secretary provides clerical assistance to the Mall Manager and performs general office works and routine functions for the mall.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written.

17. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The ITS Officer shall address, directly or thru another party, requirements of mall-based and center-owned operations on matters involving installation, checking, maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware (i.e. personal computer and approved accessories, if any, printer, biometrics and/or i-guard equipment, routers, switches, hubs, gateways, access points, networking cables, modems, firewalls, UPS, VOIP equipment, credit card terminals) and software (i.e. Efficient Consumer Response software, Lotus Notes, SAP, Open Office, MS Office, Lotus Smartsuite, Adobe Acrobat Reader, PDFCreator, Oracle, Browser configuration) related to information systems and services (i.e. Building Management Systems, Automated Meter Reading System, Point of Sale System, Time Sharing Monitoring System). The individual shall document and report all delivered, existing, and pulled-out information systems hardware and software, including daily problems encountered; handle other special projects, as required, such as internet passport and wi-fi testing for the purpose of achieving maximum operational efficiency within the limits of company mandated policies and government laws.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology and/or Management of Information System.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of significant experience in Network Configuration and hardware-software troubleshooting, Networking (LAN, WAN, MAN), and maintenance of Point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Candidate must have knowledge in implementing and administering technical support by ensuring accurate and timely processing of computer processes with the goal of achieving user’s satisfaction.
